Step 1: Pick the strawberries!
(They are especially amazing at the Carlsbad Strawberry Fields!!)
Step 2: Wash, core and MASH the strawberries!
Step 3: Add LOTS of sugar and a little pectin and stir!
Step 4: Pour into containers and lick your fingers!!
Step 5: Eat and share, eat and share, eat and share!!
